Tossed a 300/791 using a box surface SR2 wednesday night during league. This ball is outstanding. It clears the fronts similar to the Sx1 but has that strong arcing motion on the back that the Tr2 has.
For me this ball fits under my Gt1's and Tr2's but above the rest of the equipment. If you're looking for a great benchmark, all around ball, look no further. This is the one for you. It responds well to hand adjustments. I was playing more direct, up the back of the ball, with less hand tonight. But I can also jump left with my feet to around 35, increase the hand and hand position and the ball will recover from just about anywhere on the lane. (unless theres a lot of oil, then you're better off using the TR2)

I am happy to hear you shot your 300 game with your SR-2. My Pro-shop just told me that my SR-2 has just arrived today & I will go to drill it tomorrow. Hope it is good for me too!
