I used this for the first time. I have always used ebonite powerhouse simply because it worked for me since my days of bowling started. I noticed this doesnt give you the typical shine alot of other polishes give you..is that normal? and how do you know when enough is enough? you really cant tell by looking at the ball.

I like the MOTIV polish for the reason it doesn't give a mirror finish with one coat. If I do want a super glossy finish I do 2 coats.
Plus it depends on how long you keep the ball on the spinner, give it a few extra seconds and spray with a little water as you still apply polished cloth.

Though I love using the Clean and Scuff, I didn't like the Power Gel polish because it's much hard get a good polish with it by hand. I plan on investing in a spinner by the end of the year but if you do it by hand, it leaves such a powdery mess. So for polishing right now I'm using Black Magic by hand and it gets the job done.
