I am fairly new to Motiv eqpt. In Feb I picked up a used Primal TV4 and a Cruel C51. I had never thrown MOTIV before. I really like the Primal. At the end of the league season, I drilled a Thrash and I honestly think this is one of the best balls I have ever rolled. Now I am thinking of drillng1-2 more balls, which ones to compliment what I own currently? I am somewhere between stroker and tweener. Avg speed - PAP is 4-1/2 over - up 5/16th. I'm thinking QZ2 Backdraft and Sigma Tour, but trying to stay away from overlap where possible. Any input is appreciated. FYI - I really like the way staffers and Justin post the videos.
Thank you, Gill Man in Indianapolis

Sigma Tour for sure, hands down one of the best balls I've ever thrown!

Since you have 2 rolly solid symmetrical pieces in the primal and the thrash that you love, I would recommend a pearl symmetrical. The primal impulse/QZ2/ Backdraft are all great choices for med/dry, the sigma tour if you felt like you needed more backend (eventhough its a solid), or the hybrid sigma if you feel you need more hook. The point is, you key more on the solid symmetricals and barely mention the cruel (asymmetrical). Stick to what you like most and those are some great choices.

Strokelefty - you are correct. I do tend to have more success with symmetrical core balls than asymmetrical. I am leaning towards the Backdraft and the Sigma Tour. Thanks to all who have replied so far. As with others on the site, I am looking to go total Motiv this year!

Cruel C51 Primal TV4
-- You need something for breakdown. My recommendation would be to drill a QZ2 BackDraft. Hybrid cover - ball is primetime for what it can produce. Don't go aggressive, simple length drill with an average VAL angle(40-50*) will give you a reaction you will love having in your arsenal.
