Just figured we could see what type of players we have on here out of curiosity. Feel free to post what else you use, such as balls or accessories.

I use a Linds wrist devise and I am speed dominate. I have a Ron's Magic carpet and a Roll Rite strip in my thumb hole. I average 200 in most houses and have 4 league 300's MyMotivRocks wrote: Just figured we could see what type of players we have on here out of curiosity. I guess I would put myself as a power stroker. I have a full roller release which says I'm technically a stroker, but I also have a 420 rev rate. I use Elite brand bowlers tape on the back of the thumb everytime I bowl, it was $5 a roll and works just as good as the $12-15 stuff. If MOTIV offered fitting tape, I would use it. I have a Mongoose wrist device that has helped my reduce my rev rate and give me a better look on short sport patterns, tho I still struggle on them.

420 RPM as a full roller? Wow, dude. I've personally never met a person who throws like that.
I use a Robby's Revs III wrist device that I picked up on while at a tournament. It helped me tremendously, and it doesn't restrict your wrist power. I use Turbo thumb tape on my thumb and the little webbing of your skin between your thumb and index finer. I also use Dexter SST8's with the Goodyear non-slide sole shoe and the interchangeable sole/heel shoe. They are glorious.

I use to consider myself a power tweener but in the last 2 years I've changed my approach and throwing mechanics due to wrist problems. So now I consider myself a stroker/power stroker since I do throw it straighter with moderate speed and revs. I use Robby's wrist supports (have 2 that I use), don't use any tape or anything for my fingers or holes and I like wearing Etonic shoes (might try 3G shoes later this year). Planning to add an Ascent Pearl to my arsenal this month as well as maybe a Raptor Attack or Sigma Hybrid.

I've never had mine done, but I made guesstimates at them.

Very much a tweener. I can swing the ball a bit if I have to on a house shot and play much straighter on sport shots. I use a wrist brace designed for baseball players. It's a 5" neoprene sleeve with a balistic weave strap at the wrist. Doesn't really provide support per say it really just keeps the tendons tight and warm to help prevent injury.

I was in a massive slump for the past few weeks- nothing seemed to work; so I decided it would be "fun" to try throwing two handed like one of my teammates. My God I'm so glad I decided to try it. I just couldn't produce near the speed or the rev rate one handed that I now can two handed. Also my average is way up.
