I am considering polishing or my Venom Strike. My intention is to create a reaction that is a couple of steps down from my Primal Scream. Any feedback on the good or bad results people hace had from polishing the Venom Strike?

The few I have had contact with are owned by guys with a ton of hand, and they not only polished the ball, but took the surface to 4000 before said polish.
Polish really seems to control the mid-lane reaction and push the breakpoint much farther down the lane.

I average 209 with other balls. Took the Venom Strike to 4000 NO polish and through 14 series....ave 216.4.
Try it at 4000 first!!

I put a light coat of polish on my Venom Strike this week. 772 in league. There is now a nice separation between the Primal Scream and the Venom Strike. The polish delayed the hook just enough to provide a little more length and good continuation at the pins. I wouldn't call it a dry lane ball, but it works welll on house shots.

now the only issue with a polished venom strike is that the toxin is coming out :p
