It looks very smooth and reacts great while still having the energy to slam the pocket. I'm debating on whether to get the TR2 or the GT1 still, though.

That depends on what your going to be bowling on, those are two different monsters. You are 100% right on the GT1, the TR2 is a smooth rolling ball as well, but it HOOKS, so if you are going to be on a lot of oil that is the rock to use. Also remember these cover stocks take change very well, so tweak them to fit your game, I have tried a lot of different surfaces on one GT1 and after a good cleaning it rolls as good as day one.

Well, I go to many tournaments, since I'm only 18 and still staying youth for scholarships for college purpose, so I get many different types of lane conditions. I've shot every PBA pattern pretty well with Ebonite equipment, but oil has always been my weakness.
