There was an article by Mo Pinel in a recent Bowling This Month magazine talking about a drilling layout that was used at the Plastic Ball tourney. Supposedly good for low diff balls which the GT1 is. Here is the web link:

Gut says to use a 40x20@4", but I punched one label leverage and it has the strongest backend of the 6 I have drilled. A double thumb will max the dynamics, but you will want some polish to aid it with length. Without knowing your specs, it is tough to pin down a specific recommendation.
