i hope he will arrive this week...

More and more i start to read about different layouts etc..
There is just 1 thing i cant understand...
Why would you put a drilling on a ball wich changes the caracteristics of the ball....??
for example.. why would i drill a ball who is very long in a way he wants to roll early..??
what is the reason for that? hope you can help me understand..
