I would like to start by saying my Motiv Cruel is finishing across the top half of my fingers. I talked to Scott at Motiv directly today and he told me to check out this forum. My pin is about 1" diagonally to the left of my middle finger with the heavy spot just about 3/4" below my fingers centered. My mass bias is 2" to the right of my thumbhole. The reason I have this layout is due to my extremely low ball track. I am right handed. But I can't get my track off my fingers. My ball is flaring 3/4 around the ball and 90 degrees from my first track is where it's finishing on the fingers.
Someone please help.

Do you have a way to post pictures of the ball?

Good, your PAP and those pics will pretty quickly tell me whats going on.
Most likely what is happening is that your axis is over a bit and up a significant amount. If the pin is below or even with the fingers, sometimes the bowtie will end up in a place where it will hit the fingers or thumb. I don't however want to extrapolate too much until the other information is presented.

Sorry I haven't posted but my pro shop manager had me find my pap and he talked with another pro shop owner and they formulated that the mass bias should be on my pap with pin left of my middle finger will see what that does and post back. Have a good one.
