I'm going to purchase a Cruel C51. I am 64yrs. old. My league average is 195. My ball speed is 13-14mph, with low revs. I throw a 15lb. ball. Do you think I should consider a 14lb.

With ball speed that low I would seriously consider a 14lb ball. Your ball speed will increase, and that will be a major factor to increase your carry and striking potential.
All the balls have the fully dynamic weight blocks in them, so dropping weight isn't going to be an issue from a drilling standpoint.

By the end of game 3, are you fatigued at all? Any joint issues in the wrist, elbow, or shoulder?

At 13-14MPH 14 would be a very good idea, at 15+ it is personal preference. With any joint issues or fatigue definitely 14.
I dropped to 14lbs 5 years ago due to joint strain.
My best advice would be to pick up a used 14, or borrow one from a friend to try it out and see what you think before you invest in a new ball.
If you are completely comfortable with the 15s then by all means continue using them.

Might even want to try a 14 plastic as a spare ball. You won't have much invested, and even if you don't like the 14 as a strike ball you could still use it as a spare ball. But try to barrow one first. My dad is 62 and I'm trying to get him to drop to 14 for more control and ball speed. I've even considered picking up a retired motiv 14 and give it a go.
