Thinking of putting a MOtion hole on a Venom Toxin. Anyone have any thoughts on that idea?

Give it a shot and let us know how it goes. I don't see the MOtion hole being detrimental to a Toxin.

Drilled the Toxin today but decided to wait on the MOtion hole. Ball just rolls too good the way it is. Could be my new favorite ball. Based the layout on my Primal Scream which is 70x4-1/2x40 and no hole. Ended up being 90x4-1/2x40 which put the cg on the centerline. Since I didn't plan on using the box finish, I hit it with 1000/3000 Abralon by hand. I believe the Toxin is going to be a popular release. I've decided to plug up a Backdraft I have sitting around and put the MOtion hole layout on it.

I put a MOtion hole into a Thrash Frenzy for a teammate of mine; all I have to say is:
Wow.
If you have any doubt, take the leap of faith. This drilling (and I am stealing this quote from somewhere else) is like skid/snap on steroids.
If you think MOTIV equipment hits hard now (which, it does), wait until you see the shrapnel you can produce with a ball with the MOtion hole in it.
You have to see it to believe it.

Put a MOtion Hole in a QZ2 (blue one). Ended up stopping at a 1" hole 3.5" deep (have the IT thumb so didn't chance going the full 4"). The reaction is amazing. I would say a whole 7 boards more movement. The carry is even more incredible w hole. I was dropping weak 7s, tripping high 6s and throwing messengers on every flush shot (although I didn't need them). I am now a firm believer in the MOtion Hole.

The starting top was 2.9 (which was a little too much to start with...after drilling it is right at the legal limits of side and thumb weight)

ok that's good to know cause I have a toxin at 2.9 ounce top weight and a 2.2 ounce top weight sigma tour and a 2.8 ounce top weight sigma tour.

276 shot first game out the box (used second and third games) highest series in league for my that season.
