I am looking at replacing my old Raptor P7 with a new Raptor Talon. Here are my stats:

PAP 5 1/2 over by 1 3/8 up
Axis tilt 10
Axis rotation 45
slightly speed dominent

The house I play in is pretty oily and I typically stand around 14 and play right up 5 for a nice down and in type of shot with my current Raptor P7 ball. It has a finish of 1000 on it and is drilled 50X3.75X40 with a P3 hole. I want something that is a little stronger then my current Raptor P7 and will allow me to move a little left and open up the lane a little. I was thinking of a drilling of 55X4X25 with a P3 but I'm not sure. I was hoping to get your input.

I have drilled quite a few Talons for a very oily house in my area. We have had good success with pin down, under the ring finger and Mass Bias almost on the VAL. Most likely you will need a P3 or P4 Hole to bring the ball back to legal, but the hole helps motion. I have one drilled this way for myself and it is more aggressive than my P7. Be careful you do not track close to the fingers or you may flare over them with pin down drillings.
