After looking at several alternatives for dry lanes, I've decided to go with a Rebel Tank. Now I'm not really sure if I should stick to my favorite layout (4,75 x 4.75 x 3 - sorry, old school at work here) or maybe go with a layout that is a bit stronger (let's say 4 x 4 x 2 or something similar).
Since I don't have a lot of ball speed or hand, I need some help getting the ball down the lane, but I do still want/need some backend pop.
Any and all suggestions welcome.

Make sure you understand the inherent characteristics of urethane. Urethane typically reacts sooner and can be difficult to get the late reaction you are looking for.

Since the ball is weak overall, I would lean to drilling it stronger and make surface changes to fine tune where on the lane it hooks.

Wish you the best of luck and let us know how it goes.

Thanks much for the advice. Good reminder to keep the peculiarities of urethane in mind. I'm hoping that I can use the RT to combat control issues I encounter with drier lanes.
And I'll go with the stronger layout and surface change(s).
BTW, I recently completed by Motiv arsenal with the Forza, and I'm thrilled by the 3-ball (soon to be 4-ball) line-up (Forza, Octane Burn, Tag). Great to be part of the Motiv family.
