Excellent vidz, Justin. Very nicely done. Definitely various reactions w/different layouts. Did you change your delivery? Look alittle more like a power stroker than a 'grip-it-n-rip-it' bowler.

Justin thats what my coach told me move to 4 steps stay the and develope a rhythm
It has worked wonders for me

Well you look really solid @ the line. Good Job!! Are you utilizing the "shift" techinque put forth by Mo? I need some help w/getting more stable @ the line so I will give it a try this coming week.

I haven't applied the shift bowl technique specifically, merely following Ray's coaching. I really need to learn how to turn my head off and just bowl, over thinking is my downfall.

I need to stop the over thinking myself. What has helped me is reading a car magizine or something like that but hey it helps just a thought for ya

My old thinking routine at the approach: Standing in the right spot? What's my target? Is my release ok? Is it my round of beers? Will I release it ok? Will I follow through? Try not to swing it too far out Try not to pull it
My new thinking routine at the approach: Feet, good. Target, good. Make sure ya follow through. the end.
Seems to have helped. Get your brain out of the way!!!
