Excellent video very bright very tell tell. The reaction on all of the finishes and layout was most inmpressive. Justins' form is as of a pro and I wouldn't be surprise at all if he took to the tour that he would be a force to be reckoned with along with a couple of other bowlers on the forum. Great job Justin :!: :!: :!: :D :o  8-) :P :!: :!:

Excellent vidz, Justin. Very nicely done. Definitely various reactions w/different layouts. Did you change your delivery? Look alittle more like a power stroker than a 'grip-it-n-rip-it' bowler. ;)

Pretty significantly actually, I'm trying to focus more on the fundamentals and consistency. I am working with Ray on polishing everything up. He moved me to 4 step and we have been working on stabilizing my timing and building rhythm.

I haven't applied the shift bowl technique specifically, merely following Ray's coaching. I really need to learn how to turn my head off and just bowl, over thinking is my downfall.

My old thinking routine at the approach:
Standing in the right spot?
What's my target?
Is my release ok?
Is it my round of beers?
Will I release it ok?
Will I follow through?
Try not to swing it too far out
Try not to pull it

My new thinking routine at the approach:
Feet, good.
Target, good.
Make sure ya follow through.
the end.

Seems to have helped. Get your brain out of the way!!!
