I have bought a QZ1-red approx. 1 year ago and was really happy with this ball. And I am going to buy another one, please can you confirm with me that the all the spec. of QZ2 is just the same with QZ1, except the finishing , i.e. QZ1_red is 2000 grit+polish and QZ2 is 4000 grit+polish; so I can alter the suface to make it the same reaction, thanks. :mrgreen:

I am not Justin, but what you have quoted is correct. Although I have experienced the QZ2 to be a bit more angular than the other 2 (QZ1's) with the same layouts and surfaces, I think this is just a issue with the pigments....IMHO.

The block and cover are the same on all 3 balls, the factory finish and color is different. There will be slight performance variations based on pigment, given the same surface preparation. Brian's findings echo my own that the QZ2 tends to be a tick stronger off the spot.
