The Primal seems to be more of the backend ball of the two whereas the Cruel will read the midlanes sooner based on everything I've read about the two.

Cruel is very strong in the mids and has a hard arc off of friction, the Primal is much more angular.
For a coverstock relationship explanation please see this thread: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=3260
I know the Primal shares a Thrust block with the TR2 that you had issues with, but this ball is a completely different animal.
If you can post your rev rate, PAP, and tilt in addition to your ball speed I can give you a layout recommendation.

Unfortunatly I don't know my pap, rev or axis tilt, I am looking for pin over ring finger, My other bowling balls seem to do well with this layout, I was a little worried, as I saw the same core and flare were the same, I will have my driller watch me throw a few balls prior to drill, thanks for your help.

Just so that yall know from the way I throw the cruel is i have a arcing shot to the pocket. When I bought it I thought it was going to snap into the pocket and found real quick that it didn't and had to wrap my head around how IT wanted to work. Now that I've done that im finally get used to where it wants to break. Also my experience or the lack thereof with the cruel is that the ball may be designed for med-heavy oiledc lanes but this ball isn't the same ball on a medium lane than it is on a heavy lane it truely does seem to have a freakin brain, and thats what impresses me about the reaction that I get out of it from the way I throw it. Did I make that about as clear as muddy water lol

Justin I was looking for more of a snap hook to the pocket, all I can tell you about my game is Low rev's, stroke RH about 15 mph. I know it's tough with Low rev's but I need all the help I can get from the ball.
