Because P4 is the psa of the ball do you drill it out or move inside and drill it or outside to leave the psa mark intact for future redrill if needed

I usually just drill out the PSA marker.
The PSA marks the High RG axis. By placing the hole there you lower the RG value of the Low RG and Intermediate RG axes which will increase the total differential and diff ratio. If want to leave the PSA marker there, move the hole along the gradient line away from the PSA to retain the marker.
