what is your opinion on drilling motive ball to get pin down vs pin up for the sake of the pin position
most duel angels give you pin down unless you open up the angels a long ways

I could be wrong, but dual angles would actually only vary on the pin up vs. pin down based on your actual PAP itself.
I actually have quite a variety in my arsenal when it comes to the actual pin location.
Primal: Pin Up QZ2: Pin Down SX1: Pin Drilled Out - Ring Finger SR2: Pin Down Recon: Pin Drilled Out - Middle Finger Backdraft: Pin Down Raptor: Pin Down
At the end of the day, I don't really think it matters where the pin is actually located on the ball if using dual angle as it is the angles that are actually providing you with the ball motion you want on the lane.
I could be wrong on that, but I'm sure that Justin will maybe be able to provide more info when given the free time.

I use the dual angle. The dual angle provides an easy, effective and accurate method of choosing the best layout to match to every lane condition. So no matter where the pin end, up or down this system is reliable.

I guess what i am asking is if you drill a ball 45x4x30 for a total of 75 gives an you pin up and this is your sweet spot. what can you expect when you drill the same ball 70x4x70 for a total of 140 and it gives you a pin down ball . just asking
