Hello everyone, i will more than likely be making the raptor my first motiv ball. I have an idea on how i want to drill it but looking for some opinions. Im buying the raptor to replace my invasion for heavy oil. I believe my invasion is drilled 60*5*45 with no hole. Here are my stats: 18 mph off hand 7* axis tilt 50-60* axis rotation but can also lower/higher if needed 425-450 rev rate pap 5 1/8 right 1/2 up.
Looking for a strong controlled layout but want it to recover and continue through the pins more than my invasion did. Thanks in advance

You won't have any issues with the Raptor as far as recovery cause that thing just never wants to quit and keeps pushing forward all the way through without any problems.
If I had to throw out the layout you should use, then I would say go with 60x40@4.5".
I could be wrong, but Justin will definitely post on this as well.
Ordered the ball last week and should be here within a couple days. Still not set on a layout. Hoping to hear from Justin before i get it punched up to get his opinion.
Got the raptor drilled today with Justin's layout he suggested and it was exactly what i was looking for. I only bowled 4 games but can already tell that this is going to be one of my favorites. I will give a review once i throw it some more. But i must say that the carry is above amazing and has great continuation. Thanks Justin for the layout and Motiv for a fantastic ball!
