I don't know if my first post worked?

I have a Rptor I want to punch out for use in tournaments over here in Australia. Just curious on any suggestions Justin or anyone else might have on a good layout.

PAP- 5 1/2" > 1/2 up
45* rotation
11-12* tilt
approx 400rpm
with medium ball speed

I generally like the read I get from drillings with a 4-5" pin to PAP. But I'm open to any suggestions.

Cheers Ash

New members who first post on the forum have to wait about 24 hours before the first initial post is actually viewable to us all.

Basically just another way to weed out all the spam!

As for a good layout, I am more than sure that Justin can suggest a good one for you.

Yeah my bad on the reposting...

The layout I have marked out on the ball is 60* x 5" x 45* and possibly a P2 hole.

That is very close to what my suggestion would be. I would use 60x50@4".

The 4" pin will make it retain a bit more tilt, as 11-12* is on the lower side. The slightly larger VAL angle will result in a more continuous reaction downlane because of your rev dominance.

Thanks Justin, I will punch it out next week and see what happens. Got another tourny coming up in November so hopefully it does the job for me.

Thanks for the help Justin it turns out once I marked the ball out it is very similar layout to what I put on my Cruel. They both obviously have a slightly different reaction but I will see how they go when I hit the tournament patterns next month.
