When I bowling I take a 4 step approach, but I cannot get my knee bent, and I am leaning a little bit forward, I have been working at it and I will continue to, but I can't keep my center of gravity back and I can't my dang knee bent! Any ideas I am going to get someone to record me so I can get a better look at it. Any Ideas, all thoughts will be appreciated thanks!

Really need to see a video. Both back and side views will be very helpful. Kind of hard to say what might be going on with out actually seeing.

What he said ;)

but you could try keeping your shoulders square and head up from start to finish...that may help the leaning over at the line..but i could be way off without seing you bowl

Yeah, I'll keep my head up when I bowl, most of the time I am looking down at my feet, thanks for the help, and I will see if I can get somebody to record me.

I had this problem a while back as well, and what it took for me to hear was that I was bending at my waist and not with my knee. It really helped me to focus on keeping my back straight. If you try thowing a ball with your back and your knee stright...it's hard. I also try to imagine that my shoulders are staying above my hips.

Like the other guys said, a video would be big time help, but these are just a few things that generally helped me when I was struggling with the same issue. Good luck!

Matt
