Ok.... with all these awesome scores lately - 800's and 300's all over the place, I think we need to add a link/tab on the MOTIVNATION tab of the web site. A couple of other bowling companies have them, and we need to list the great scores (and when) shot with MOTIV equipment.

I sent a message to Scott, but I would like your feedback.

I think a simple list of name, ball used and date would be sufficient, but let your thoughts be heard.

I agree, the honor scores are important to companies, and prospective buyers, there is a lot of unkown when buying new equipment. If done correctly, and MOTIV has done everything correctly, it shows average bowlers with great numbers with great equipment. Our shop drilled a Cruel for our very first customer, 2 weeks later he went 300-194-300 with it. He now wears a Bowlers Design 300 game shirt and of course Jaimie sent the MOTIV 300 game shirt. Great equipment, great people.

received a reply from Eunice (and Scott), and they like the idea.

So, what would you like to see put on the board? Name, date bowled and ball used? Only 300's and 800's? Or include 11 in a rows?

Post thoughts...

I think you should include 299's and 11 in a rows. The bigger the honor roll board the more who get recognized and hopefully that will MOTIVate others :-) Just my thoughts.

I would like to see an honor board which includes 290+ games and 800+ series. List the bowlers name, ball(s) used, date, and bowling average in league or tounament when the honor score was achieved. 160 to 180 average bowlers rolling honor scores will sell more balls than 220+ average bowlers rolling honor scores.

Since we want to appeal to a more "vast" array of people...the more recreational player, I mean. The numbers should be a little lower. I would like to see the following:
Name:
Bowling Center/City:
Driller:
Ball/Wt.:
Average:
Honor Score:

Numbers being - 750+ and 270+ for the men & 700+ and 250+ for the women......

Just my thoughts....

I agree and think that a Honor Roll would be a great addition, but also think that you don't want to make the 'cut' to get onto it too low.
290+ would work for games and 800+ for series. With all the great bowlers throwing this awesome equipment, the honor roll will fill up quickly!
