just curious how strong this ball is

I just picked up a pearl Ascent and love the ball
I was looking for something a little stronger (long and strong)
I had a QZ2 and was happy with it but traded it away.

This house has inconsistent backends so I was thinking the Primal Impulse because it states it has good backend
Any help will be appreciated

Randy the Impulse is a great ball i have had great success with mine and to be honest its a great go to ball when you get everything else checking up early or too late. the ball has great motion through the heads and great reaction off the spot it definatley moves when you want it too. If you have any questions and are looking to pick up a used one let me know i am sdelling mine and it has at most 40 games on it

If your looking for a ball the is pure skid/snap, then this isn't it. Although it is strong on the back, I wouldn't consider it snap by any means. The Impulse is a great ball but, its more length and strong even movement. If your looking for more snap at the back, then I think the Raptor Attack, 2 Cruel and Ascent Pearl may fit the bill a bit better. At least thats who my stuff reacts.

Ever since I moved to the Primal Impulse, I'm in love with it no matter what the lane conditions are. I can play my ball in any oil and it still works for me, you just have to adjust properly with the lane. I find the primal impulse to hook back more than the ascent pearl.
