Sent the cracked PI back last Friday and received the new replacement from Motive yesterday...wow...that was fast!

Does anyone know the best way to remove white (scratches but not really scratches, can't feel them with my finger nails, so more like smudges from a black ball) ?

When you send a ball back (just asking because I'm curious), do you need the original box?

They never asked for it but I did have it, I don't think that would matter to them. They were nothing but helpful.
