How about a MOTIVNATION page devoted just to videos posted by staff and fans. Now you have to look through the entire discussion pages to find any videos. Having them all in one place would sure be handy and a lot easier for both posters and viewers.

Thats not a bad idea .....I unofficially make the ball facebook pages and as staff members post videos im good at getting them on the ball page. Check them out on facebook and hope it helps out.

I've mentioned this before too...What about just creating a sticky in the forum that will be the first post. It can have everyone’s real name and a link to their YouTube channel? Maybe even include a few stats or latest video?
