looking for any advice tips or tricks on how to get better at laying the ball down on the lane. i have a lil bit of a loft, not a whole lot but enough to where i want to improve on it. sorry i dont have a video to show but any tips would be much appreciated

A very good coach in my area, Mike Shady, showed me the 1-step drill that helps w/timing & balance at the line. Assuming you are right handed, stand a few feet from the foul line w/your normal address position/posture. W/O moving anything else, push the ball out & let it swing. As the ball approaches the downswing, keep your right foot planted & slide forward w/your left foot as you would during a normal delivery. Focus on keeping everything relaxed & fluid. At first I found myself falling off to the right alot but that's an issue I've had for quite some time. However, w/repetition, it will help you maintain balance & be solid at the line enabling you to "post the shot".

THANKS I APPRECIATE THAT, I WILL GIVE THAT A SHOT, IM JUST LOOKING TO SMOOTH OUT MY SWING AND RELEASE, AND ELIMINATE MY SMALL LOFT
