Convinced one of the local house managers to start ordering the 2-ball packs of new releases so looking forward to the Primal Scream arriving soon. I need a layout for it and the Motivnation has been spot-on with past suggestions.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Well not knowing your numbers or general specifications on your game - going with your signature: "Raptor P7 - 50x3x30 P3.5 1K 288 / 747 2Cruel - 60x4.5x40 OOB Sigma Hybrid - 55x3.75x35 WiHole OOB Sigma Tour - 40x3x35 WiHole OOB 279 / 761 Backdraft - 60x4.75x45 OOB 265 / 707 "
Don't be afraid to push than pin to PAP distance to create some length down the lane. My favorite layout and most likely what I will be putting on my first Primal Scream will be 60 X 5" X 35, P3. Unless you have ridiculous amounts of ball speed and a lower rev-rate, test it out or try some new layouts because in general - most of you're equipment is all in basically a range of 20* on angles and 1.75" on PAP distances.

He is a high tilt low rev player. Careful tilt management has been a major key to his success thus far. Alot of his balls are playable straighter up in his comfort area, while managing shape, carry, and tilt differently to give him options.
Enir, what ball motion shape do you feel you lack in your current arsenal? Alternatively, are there any conditions you feel you can't hit?

I struggle the most on the flatter 43' plus patterns. When forced to play up 14-16 due to out of bounds on the right, I have trouble with getting a good entry angle into the pocket. As long as I can play up 7-12 I'm pretty confident in my game and my equipment is up to the task.

65x25@4.5", no hole to start. It will transition quick when it sees friction. I don't want to use too strong of a hole right off the bat and make it start up on its own unless we need to. This one won't hook a ton overall, but when you have to play tight to carry it will be the ticket. I would rather see an adjustment with surface than a hole at first on this one.
Also, you can increase the drilling angle if need be to get it legal with no hole, the CG placement will have no impact on ball motion.

Justin,
While waiting for the Primal Scream to arrive I needed to try and find answer to the flatter patterns because our Sunday afternoon Survivor competion pattern was eating me alive. I tinkered with the 2Cruel's surface and have found a combination that works well for me on these patterns. That being said, what can we do with the Primal Scream?
I think I want it to be stronger than my SigH. I await your recommendation.
As always, thanks in advance for your time and effort.
