I found out it won't be white/silver. It was mentioned that there may have been a few production issues that prevented them from using those colors in this release.
Let's hope they can get the white/silver fixed and fitted for another release in the future. It would be cool to have something like that!
Has anyone heard the release date yet?

Too bad but I wondered about that factor in that Mo Pinel has said in the past the White AMF XS Bone did not hook as much as the other colored AMF balls produced in it's time. XS Bone ball had a white titanium pigment in the cover. Color pigmentation factors in the cover and how the cover creates total hook in that it can create different abilities in the cover to create friction and hook. I'm not a chemist but I believe Dan Wilbur or Scott Hewitt can explain these color factors better.

There's no one color that creates a "hard and fast" ball reaction every time. What I mean to say is, Red doesn't always make a ball hook, black doesn't always make a ball skid, and white doesn't always make a ball weak.
However, there are some pigments that can impact ball reaction. Furthermore, needing to use a large quantity of a pigment can manipulate ball motion. Just because the white ball we tested this time didn't create the motion we were looking for doesn't mean that it can't in the future or that the motion it made wasn't good for another release.
That said, I have no doubt in my mind that the next release will be the most successful for MOTIV to date. It's unanimously the favorite ball Dick, Lee, and I have tested to date. Big things are coming in less than a month!!!

It's very different from the Sigma Tour. The progression of balls MOTIV provides from oily to dry lanes and smooth to angular is absolutely incredible with the release of this ball.

Thats one of the reasons that I like Motiv for..
Every single ball give the bowler a different look & shape.
No two balls are the same or just remakes of older balls.
Unlike other companys.. Each NEW release is exactly that. NEW.
I would'nt use anything else now..

Not a gear core this time.
Although, a Gear core pearl that was white and silver would be pretty cool; a Venom 'Voodoo' or 'smoke' would be neat!

Information will start coming in very soon on this ball. The release date is less than a month away. I can't talk about what it is yet, but Mick's logic is pretty solid.
