Well! Used the Thrash Frenzy today.Bowled team tournament. The lanes were 35 year old wood lanes. They freshly oiled the
lanes, but the heads were so worn out they were dark brown.
The teams were five person teams. So the heads went fast.

But the Frenzy had no problem getting through the heads. The ball really picks up a great read at the back of the mid-lane.With a very" heavy arc" at the breakpoint.

The ball never laid off one time.I used it all three games.I felt so comfortable with this ball on these conditions, that I didn't want to put it down.Bowled 230/234/222/686.One 7-10 split, and one split away from a 700.

But still a nice start for a ball a hadn't thrown yet.Just drilled it
Friday.The drilling is 70x 50 @ 3 1/2" with a P2 X-Hole.

I think that this ball is even better than the Sigma Tour.If that's possible. This ball is going to be a hit.

This is a ball the I have needed.Something to use when the Sigma Tour is too much, and when the Backdraft is too touchy.
This ball helped me go around the pattern without it
burning up too quick or over shooting the breakpoint.

Thank you MOTIV for giving us such incredible equipment to showcase.

Motiv's chart slots the Frenzy just below the Scream. Do you consider it a good ball to follow the Scream when the lanes break down? Will it give one the same look as the Scream just better for drier lanes? I really like my Scream but I'd like a replacement for my QZ2 and think this just might be the ball, especially if it will give me essentially the same shot as the Scream just later in the shift. Always enjoy your reviews, especially your videos. Hope you will grace us with one on the Frenzy, perhaps comparing it to both the Tour and the Scream.

jerrylee300,the Thrash Frenzy is a perfect ball to follow the Scream.
The Frenzy doesn't respond as fast to the friction as the Scream. As far as replacing the QZ2 with the Frenzy, the Frenzy is stronger. But the Thrash Frenzy fills the gap between the Scream and the QZ2.The ball helps to fill the gap in the MOTIV line.

Thanks Angela, appreciate your taking the time to answer my question. One quote did confuse me though.

Quote:

Were you referring to the Thrash or Thrash Frenzy here? I'm assuming the Frenzy but wanted to make sure. I sure needed something in between the Scream and the QZ2 last night. Scream got too much and the QZ2 not quite enough by the 3rd game. Thanks again.

Sorry jerrylee300.It's the Thrash Frenzy. Thanks for pointing
that out.I edited that error.

Fills the gap between the Primal Scream and the QZ2.

And you are welcome.

Great. Between your comments and Mags the Frenzy looks like just ball to fill out my arsenal. I guess I look to your comments more than most because we throw about the same speed/revs/angles. Just wish i could be as accurate as you are. Anyway, appreciate the comments as always and the prompt response.
