A couple of things stand out on your video.
1.) I see on the shot at around 1:39 that the ball seemed to wiggle and almost leave a 7. Have you had any chance to try and get on a burned front / carry-down in back? I have a situation at my main house where I am being forced way right and pin up to have any chance to hit the pocket due to bad carry down.
2.) I was really surprised at the different performance you show when you polished the ball. Did you see any roll-out or bad jump issues with the polish?
BONUS
3.) Do you have a pin up yet? Is it very "snappy" or does it become a little more continuous or ?

I have thrown the layout in the video at a place that forces me to move right the entire night for league. Until I had the Revolt I was forced to use a Primal Scream with surface. The Revolt covers the same amount of boards, but it picks up sooner on the carry down. For me it is not near as forward down lane as let's say a Talon or even a Sigma Hybrid.
I didn't include footage, but my other Revolt is a pin up. It is as expected, cleaner and stronger down lane, but still provides control. The pin up is still plenty strong!
Polish made a bigger impact than I had expected as well, there is a drastic change in length and down lane motion.

How would you compare the ball reaction of the Revolt to the Raptor?

For me...The Raptor Talon reads sooner than the Cover Revolt, is similar in midlane, and then the Covert Revolt has much more of a defined motion down lane.
Here is a way to see where on the lane each ball hooks:
Raptor Talon - Front:50% Mid:40% Back:10% Covert Revolt - Front: 30% Mid: 40% Back 30%

"Stronger" is a nebulous term for me. I have had issues with pin up drills jumping hard off the turn then quitting meaning I have to be dead on or I leave corners. Have you seen this kind of issue?

mine is ordered. The proshop at the local bowling ally wants to stock motiv. what should he do? I live in the south and I think a lot of the bowlers would love to use motiv. Just not that many shops carry it.

JRDaniels4200- Agreed, "Stronger" can be a misleading word. Pin up and pin downs can be over emphasized too as there are so many factors in laying out a ball. Especially, since pin to PAP is more crucial. If you feel the ball is "Rolling out" as some define it, then you should try altering the surface. I have about 4 layouts that I do and don't often veer away from, you may need to find a few key layouts. rebels44- "Have him contact the office. They'd be glad to help! I have 3 layouts I use, and I am currently trying out a 4th. Once I get a few more games on it I might try it on a Revolt. The last 2 smooth motion balls I had would start up too early and roll out on most patterns. I think this new layout would fix that.

Yes, to be more specific I have 2 pin down layouts and 2 pin up layouts. Attached are my 4 layouts (Typically on the Covert Revolt to the left I don't need a hole):
