The Pride™ line has come roaring back stronger and ready to take on even more oil than before. The Pride Dynasty from MOTIV® is a stronger, more controllable solid ball intended to serve as a benchmark in a modern bowling environment. With a massive cover upgrade and a unique asymmetric core, the Pride Dynasty is not just ready to take on any conditions; it’s here to conquer them!

Unleash the ferocity of new Leverage™ MFS Solid Reactive coverstock technology! Never before has the Leverage cover technology been used for a medium oil ball. This technology is much stronger in oil and more controlled than previous covers found in the Pride line. On medium oil conditions, Leverage MFS gives that same smooth, commanding breakpoint motion as other Leverage shells such as those found on the Black Venom and Jackal Ambush.

At its heart lies the Dominion™ asymmetrical core. This beast displays a moderate primary RG differential and low intermediate that allows the Pride Dynasty to dominate on medium oil volumes and higher friction surfaces. Where more extreme asymmetric cores, such as the Predator core found in the Jackal line, would be too overpowering, the Dominion core thrives. Additionally, the asymmetric physics provides ball drillers with greater layout versatility since weight holes are no longer allowed in competition.

WHEN TO USE:

  • Speed Dominant Bowlers - Speed dominant bowlers will use the Pride Dominion as a medium-dry to medium oil benchmark ball, providing a smooth motion off of the friction to get a read on an oil pattern.  Higher friction surfaces with fresh oil will be ideal for the Pride Dynasty.
  • Balanced Bowlers - For balanced bowlers the Pride Dynasty will serve as an asymmetrical benchmark.  In the years since the original Pride was released, oil volumes have increased and the need for a stronger, more controlled Pride arose.  The coverstock upgrade increases traction and control, which should allow balanced bowlers to read most lane conditions with ease using a Pride Dynasty. 
  • Rev Dominant Bowlers - For those who are rev dominant the Pride Dynasty will be a fresh oil ball for longer and higher volume patterns.  The added traction of the new Leverage MFS shell will allow rev dominant bowlers to rely on the Pride Dynasty on more oil than the original Pride could ever handle.

    Controlled Chaos

    First off, I am a huge fan of the Original Pride and high hopes for the new version. Compared to the OG the Dynasty is a couple feet earlier in ball roll and a bit tougher to shape. With that being said I don’t mean that in a negative way the Dynasty has a more specific use. Flatter patterns with some volume and hard walled house shots is where the Dynasty will shine. Balanced and Rev dominant players with a clean release will enjoy this one immensely.

    Strongest Benchmark to date

    The Pride Dynasty takes what made the original Pride great and improves upon it even further.
    With a smooth and controllable motion, the Dynasty fits perfectly as the strong benchmark Motiv intended it to be.
    I drilled mine to be a little longer on the lanes, and it has become my go to ball when the pattern is a little flatter, and I need something to control my angles better.

    New Bowler - 186 first game

    Just started bowling in my first league; previously I only bowled a few times a year with friends for a fun night out. I was struggling badly after the first 5 weeks of league (106 avg). Then I did one of Motiv's Test Drive events and things got a lot better quickly. The Test Drive team spent an hour and a half coaching me up with different tips and having me throw all the balls they had available. I settled on this Pride Dynasty because I felt it had a predicable smooth shape and was a lot more forgiving and controllable than the 10+ year old ball I had been playing with. In the first two weeks since the Test Drive, I've bowled a 155 average (+49 pins since before the Test Drive) with a 186 high game. I've had to explain my huge scoring change to the teams we played the past two weeks to keep them for getting pissed at me for being a sandbagger. Best $25 I could spend on bowling was that Test Drive. This Pride Dynasty has been everything I hoped it could be. Looking forward to getting better the rest of the season. Giant thank you to the Test Drive team for all the help!

    A Must Have Ball !!

    Primarily drilled this ball because of its numbers. Plus it's just a really good looking ball LOL. WOW this ball is much stronger than the RG and Diff indicate. It overpowered my house shot and put me at 4th arrow in the first game. But even deep inside it's very controllable and definitely continuous enough to carry. On a heavy oil PBA condition, this ball was excellent !! I've started drilling all my Motiv balls with low first angle and Val numbers with the pin between 4 1/2" and 4 3/4". They seem to like this layout. All my Motiv equipment is 50 x 4 1/2 - 4 3/4 " x 35.
