At the time I was looking around the market for a good urethane ball to add to my arsenal, but a good friend of mine, Kasey Uyesugi on Motiv staff convinced me to go with this Tank Blitz. This ball is a killer on a house shot and even a sport pattern. Lots of fun hitting the ball with some surface. Smooth and controllable with a little help on the backend which is perfect for me. This is not a traditional urethane ball, but it was exactly what I needed to complete my bag. Absolutely no regrets going with Motiv, you've earned yourself a returning customer.
Shoutout Kasey Uyesugi
The new Polymer cover is great benchmark motion, smooth, controlled and great hitting power.
The Tank Blitz is the second entry into the MOTIV Microcell Polymer coverstock line, following the Covert Tank. The Tank Blitz is a phenomenal ball for when there's a decent amount of oil up front and you need an ultra smooth and predictable ball. It's like a super strong urethane ball, except it actually hooks a bunch on the backend and doesn't carry down the oil and destroy the oil pattern like urethanes do. Best of both worlds! It's definitely a reaction shape that you don't see on the market today, and the unique look can give you an advantage over others. Definitely check it out.

Motiv, please make this ball forever or at least treat it like the Venom Shock. I can't recommend this ball highly enough. It's one of the best balls on the market, highly versatile, amazing carry, and different than anything else being made. House shot killer, but a great tournament ball too. It'll be my benchmark ball for as long as they're being made.
This Tank Blitz is amazing. It is about an arrow stronger than the Covert Tank for me. I used my normal pin above the bridge layout that I always try on a bowling ball. It blends patterns so well that it isn’t even fair to not have one in the bag. This ball reads the lane fairly early but does not quit downlane. It provides a very predictable shape, and will be the first ball out of my bag on every pattern.
