Warranty Claim

Thank you for purchasing MOTIV® high performance bowling equipment. We offer a limited 1-year warranty on retail purchases of bowling balls and a limited 2-year warranty on most bowling ball bags. Before submitting a warranty claim for your MOTIV® high performance bowling equipment, please read the points below. 

  • If you have an online account with MOTIV and are not signed-in, please click the SIGN-IN button below to save some time as this will auto-fill in may many form fields.  Otherwise, you may continue as a guest.  Then select BOWLER or PRO SHOP, and BOWLING BALL or BOWLING BAG to proceed to the appropriate form.
  • This online claim form is for customers in the United States of America only.  If you are in another country, please contact the retailer or distributor from which you purchased.
