If your claim is approved and the item is still in our current product line, MOTIV will ship the same exact item as a replacement. In the case of bowling balls, the same weight ball is shipped automatically. If the item has been discontinued, MOTIV will ship a replacement item from the current product line that is most similar in performance and function.
If your claim is denied, you will receive an email to notify you of the decision. On rare occasions, MOTIV may need to reach out to you with questions about your claim, so please be sure to check your email regularly.
