Your warranty claim has been submitted.
You will receive an email shortly from a MOTIV® representative with information regarding your claim status. If your claim is approved and the bowling ball is still in our current product line, MOTIV will ship the same ball in the same weight automatically. If the ball model has been discontinued, MOTIV will ship a ball from their current product line that is most similar in performance. If your claim is denied, you will receive an email to notify you of the decision. On rare occasions, MOTIV may need to reach out to you with questions about your claim, so please be sure to check your email regularly until your new ball is received.
