View Privacy PolicyMerchandise should always be returned to the retail store from which it was purchased. If the store is unable to resolve the issue for you, they will contact us. If you purchased merchandise directly from MOTIV and would like to start a return, please email us at service@motivbowling.com to obtain return authorization and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, eligible returns will be refunded for the value of the merchandise to the original payment method.
APPAREL RETURNS: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel in original condition with tags attached, within 30 days of the delivery date. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, stains, or pet hair will not be accepted. Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
ORDER ERRORS: If you have received the wrong item or there was another error with your order, please send an email to service@motivbowling.com for resolution.
