    • Just fill our the warranty claim form and we will respond promptly. 
  • What is your warranty policy?
    • The policy varies depending the product, but we have both our ball warranty and bag warranty online for your convenience.

  • How can I get a staff position with MOTIV?
    • Staff positions are available to an exclusive group of bowlers who are very influential.  If you know you can make a huge impact for MOTIV, complete our staff application. It will go directly to the MOTIV staff manager.  Be patient waiting for a reply because we receive numerous requests. 

DRILLING SUPPORT

  • How can I get ball drilling help?
    • In order for us to help you, we require your PAP and other bowler data.  If you have that detail, you can utilize our Ball Drilling Tech Support form.
