Engineering a bowling ball to provide both incredible versatility and loads of hook potential is a tall order.  Balls like this are rare, but the Forza SS delivers in a big way!  It is very smooth and strong.  Designed for medium oil, it will come into play on a wide variety of lane conditions.

To create this special ball motion, we brought back one of EJ Tackett’s favorite MOTIV® cores - the Sigma™.  With a low RG, higher differential, and compact design, the Sigma™ core powers the Forza SS down the lane with impressive motion.  

We complemented the Sigma™ core with new Helix™ HFS (High Friction Solid) Reactive cover stock.  This cover has been developed specifically for this release.  Several cover stocks were tested, but this new technology gets the Forza SS firing on all cylinders. 

There is probably not one bowler that wouldn’t appreciate the performance of the Forza SS.  It is unusual to have a ball hook this much and still provide outstanding continuation.  It will certainly be most beneficial on medium to medium-heavy oil conditions where you need a ball that hooks in the oil and continues through the backend of the lane.

    Unique Strong Hit

    If there is something that defines this ball is its strong hit to the pins. The motion of this ball allows me to get it very far with a natural strong backend. The Forza SS allows me to play the outside part of the lanes on competitive medium-short patterns and the inside angles on flat mediums while transitioning. If you are looking for a ball that goes way out and way strong, this one will make you very happy on the lanes!

    Impressive continuation in the back

    Drilled this ball pin up and it has a very impressive follow through on the backend. This is often the first ball out of my bag to figure out a lane condition. A little bit of surface adjustment goes a long way with this ball. I prefer it with a 2000 surface and like to play a deeper line. Another impressive product from Motiv.

    Being in the south east region of my state, the only pro shops around are storm and roto grip. But I wasn't comfortable with either brands, getting an average of about 82. My first ball I purchased was the Forza and I am not disappointed, it constantly hits the pocket even with no oil. Now with it I average 163.

    Personal Favorite

    There are several balls in my Motiv arsenal that I love but I set the Forza SS above them all. I have other Forza’s in my bags but this Core/Cover combination is my favorite. I have two drilled the same and keep one at box finish and the other is polished. I am going to purchase two more so that I can experiment with different drillings.

    So predictable

    I just started bowling in October 16, and threw other companies as referred by friends and family. I could never find a company that had more than one ball I liked. That was until December 17 when I came in contact with my first Motiv Ball. I have absolutely loved every thing I threw that had their logo on it, and this ball is no exception. It was my 3rd Motiv ball, and it's the most smooth and predictable ball I've ever thrown. I drilled it pin up, and plan to order a second one soon. It's labelled as a benchmark, but I can grab this ball first and still be using it game 3. It's amazing.
