The Primal Impulse™ is the first skid-flip ball from MOTIV.  It features new Atomix™ SFP (Skid-Flip Pearl) Reactive coverstock and the new dual-density Impulse™ core.  This is an outstanding piece of equipment! 

Engineered for medium oil, this pearl ball is very long and clean down the lane with a fast backend transition and incredible drive through the pins. When you want to swing the ball across the lane on a beat-up oil pattern and have it unleash off the dry, the Primal Impulse is the ball you want in your hand.

    Amazing

    This Primal Impulse was a blessing ever since I got it. I could use it on anything. it was tame and smooth going down the lane but once it got there that's when the impulse kicked in and it pounced on the pins! The colors are stand-outs too! I really wish i could find another one of these or even a re-release might be nice. This ball was a staple for me.

    When I redrilled this ball I thought it wouldn't move for how old it is. When I started to bowl 2 handed this ball got a 210, 235, and a 227 off the bat. I wish they would bring this ball back. (if you have any thoughts on bringing back the primal series, can you make 2 more that are either called Primal Instinct, and/or Primal Target.)
