Power Gel® SCUFF is a powerful ball cleaner and scouring compound in one formulation. Just as Power Gel® CLEAN, the SCUFF formula removes marks, dirt, lane oil, and grime. In addition, Power Gel® SCUFF will remove minor surface scratches and help remove lane-shine on sanded bowling balls. 

Power Gel® SCUFF can also be used to reduce the shine on polished bowling balls if improved hooking power is desired.  Polished bowling balls that are cleaned with SCUFF will read in the oil better and feature a slightly smoother overall ball motion.  

A unique benefit of Power Gel® SCUFF is that the scouring compound also doubles as an oil absorber. Just apply it to the ball surface and allow it to dry to a powder. As it dries, lane oil is lifted from the pores of the cover stock and captured. When the material is completely dry, just brush or vacuum it from the ball surface. 

The low VOC Power Gel® Scuff formulation is biodegradable and utilizes natural solvents, making it an environmentally responsible solution.  Available in 16oz. squeeze bottle.

    Great Scuff!

    After 30+ games for each, I always use the Power Gel Scuff to absorb the oil from my Jackal Rising and Venom Recoil, invariably resulting in better response on the lanes

    Apply the liquid and rub down in a circular motion, and it removes tiny scratches and scuff marks too, making the balls feel and look like new (well almost!)

    Great Product

    Power Gel works great on removing oil and dirt. Leaves a nice dull surface. Works every time that I use it. Great product for the price.

    If you are sanding your ball read this. I tried this product on a whim. My Ghost calls for a 3000 finish, and Abrasive pads were breaking the bank. I followed the directions. Which means using about .25 cents worth of Power Gel Scuff. It sucks the oil out of the ball and takes out small lane scratches. Used the ball last night and threw a 660. I have 72 games on the ball and it looks like the day I took it out of the box. Thank-You, MOTIV..You have an awesome product.
