Introducing the new Raptor Fury, fiercer and more untamed than ever before. A legend in its unwavering control over lanes, the Raptor line has re-emerged to rain carnage! Featuring new Leverage XFS coverstock and the Affliction V2 core, the Raptor Fury is the strongest symmetrical option in the MOTIV line. This will be a critical piece in any bowler's arsenal!

Bearing the legacy of its predecessors, Leverage XFS coverstock technology is built to dominate a modern environment. The new modifications made to Leverage technology digs in the oil, yet provides slightly more length and energy retention than the Jackal Ambush. This allows for more down lane motion and added versatility. This Leverage XFS creates a controllable, benchmark shape for high concentrations of oil.

The Affliction V2 core is the strongest symmetrical core used by MOTIV Bowling. The fast spinning, low RG of the Affliction V2 gives the Raptor Fury strength in the mid lane and control. The high differential of .055 means that the Raptor Fury has incredible flare potential. Many bowlers look primarily to asymmetrical bowling balls for heavy oil. However, the versatility of a symmetrical core can be an advantage due to the outstanding continuation produced.

When to Use

Speed Dominant - For bowlers who struggle to see ball motion, the Raptor Fury will serve as a benchmark.  The versatility of the Affliction V2 core along with the control of the Leverage XFS cover means that speed dominant bowlers will have a predictable ball to take out of their bag first to read the lane.

Balanced - In testing, our balanced bowlers loved that they were able to use the Raptor Fury longer than heavy oil balls are normally used.  The Leverage XFS cover is designed to be used from many angles, allowing bowlers to move in as the lane transitions without being forced out of their ball for fresh.

Rev Dominant - The advantage provided by the Raptor Fur for rev dominant bowlers is primarily found in the core.  Many rev dominant players see too much forward motion down lane from asymmetrical bowling balls.  The symmetrical Affliction V2 core will match up well for bowlers concerned about their heavy oil balls being too forward down lane.

    Wowww

    House shot killer I drilled up two, and this ball is very versatile. Motiv keeps making amazing equipment I’m a lower rev med speed bowler. I can stand left it still gets around the corner. I can play up the ditch on sport shots. I recommend this ball to all my friends. Thanks Motiv family can’t wait to see what’s next

    Smooth & Powerful! Killer on oil!

    I drilled 2 of these Raptor Fury's, one with a 5 x 40 and another with a 5.25 x 25. I couldn't believe how strong each of them were and how well they handled oil. The 5 x 40 gave me a more midlane read with strong arc, while the 5.25 x 25 was quicker and super powerful off the spot downlane. I've had a chance to throw each of these on house and sport patterns and they don't disappoint! When you need something strong but not as angular as the Jackal Ghost, the Raptor Fury is the first ball I think of.

    Makes for a Nice 1-2 Punch with the Ambush

    The Raptor Fury is a Great Heavy Oil Piece that reminds a little of the Jackal Ambush. It's a bit smoother, the Jackal especially after it Lane Shines a little is bit jumpier than the Fury where as the Fury so long as it's being played with enough is overly smooth, strong but predictable. I see this as a big ball that will be in my bag as a 1-2 Punch working with the Jackal Ambush when I'm in need of that type of motion but need the finer intricate adjustment of Asym vs Sym. I have been able to play both straighter and deeper angles with minor hand position adjustments further giving me some additional versatility with this piece.

    This ball will make everyone's bag

    Motiv keeps its streak of impressive balls going with the Raptor Fury. The color scheme is nice, with the Affliction V2 core wrapped with a faster response leverage cover is an absolute winner. Very impressed with the versatility from fresh to transition to the burn it can handle it all. The Fury is so good it replaced a couple balls in my bag the Primal and my OG pride. Easy revving but yet some how clean through the Midlane and enough drive to get the job done. From league to tournaments this one should always make the bag.
