When To Use

Speed Dominant - For bowlers whose speed sometimes overwhelms their rev rate, the Max Thrill Hybrid will truly only be ideal in very high friction environments.  For speed dominant bowlers unable to use the super clean Max Thrill Pearl, this new hybrid offering should give more traction while still offering plenty of pop down lane.

Balanced - Balanced bowlers who compete in second shifts or on high friction surfaces will find the Max Thrill Hybrid to be a benchmark piece for those scenarios.  The Max Thrill Hybrid offers a predictable and strong motion down lane for balanced bowlers in higher friction environments.

Rev Dominant - For rev dominant bowlers, the Max Thrills are an absolute must.  One of the reasons this ball was developed was because EJ Tackett uses the Max Thrills so much and felt like there was too large a gap between the pearl and solid.  When the greatest in the world asks for it, we deliver.

    The Max Thrill Hybrid is the best of both worlds.
    Cleaner and more responsive than the solid, and much more bite and overall power than the pearl before it.

    A great option as a benchmark ball for those higher friction centers or a great option for when the lanes get a little burnt and tricky.

    I had to go to 11 lb, to save my legs, higher weights put too much pressure on my injured leg.....11 lb THRILL HYBRID has strongest core numbers of any 11 lb ball and ball responds well to coverstock surface change. I use 2000 grit for league and all around bowling. if you change surface you will get a different ball motion according to change you make and ball also very responsive to hand position changes, I LOVE THIS BALL since I got, averaging 178 in league with 248 high game. Lower weight does not always mean lower scores at 76 yrs young it means healtier legs. THRILL IS YOUR BEST CHOICE !!!!!

    10 pin weapon

    When the lanes are transitioning I tend to leave 10 pins primarily ringing ten pins. This hybrid is so good especially if I move back right a little from my previous ball increasing my speed and to go right at the pocket. This hybrid will bite and hook big if you want it too. It really saves energy.

    When all else fails!

    No matter what, this ball has not let me down. Love the Midland flip and roll with it. Motiv has made a great ball at a great price. Bravo!!
