I'm so excited to have finally gotten this ball. The colors and the looks of the ball going down the lane are a knockout, but that's only half of the allure for this ball. I threw it at a Motiv Test Drive (Shane Yesovich was the organizing staff member, and sets up awesome test drives and is incredibly knowledgeable about the product line!) At first, with it being drilled neutrally I wasn't getting as much out of the ball as I would have liked, but I did like how it felt, and ordered the nuclear forge the same day. Got it drilled up tonight, and this ball is incredible. It hits the pocket so hard and demolishes everything. Not only was it strong in the pocket, but it was great in the corner picking up the pesky 10 pin and it came across easily to clean up the left corner of the lane. I have the Iron Forge and Forge Ember in my arsenal currently with the Sky Raptor, and I think the Nuclear Forge will fit.in perfectly to my game where the Forge Ember has been lacking for me.

The Nuclear Forge has quickly become my go to ball for many different conditions! Slotting above balls like the Ripcord Launch and Supra Rally, it allows me to utilize a cleaner angular shape on heavier oil conditions.
The cover on the Nuke allows the ball to be so much more versatile than balls in this category normally are, it's clean enough to clear the fronts but still slows down to turn the corner on heavier patterns, regardless of the angles you're playing!
I think the Nuclear Forge would be a fantastic fit in anyone's bag as their big symmetric pearl!

This ball is incredible when the lanes have a little more oil. I use this ball for my first game, until the lanes start to break down. The new Motiv Forge has a really smooth finish, a lot less ten pins. I would highly recommend this ball for the serious bowler.

When the Detonator meets a new Propulsion, a Nuclear reaction can occur! The Nuclear Forge is the latest iteration of the symmetrical Forge line built for handling medium-heavy to medium lane conditions. Sporting a color scheme that pops just as much as the ball’s reaction on the lanes, this is a must have in your arsenal.
With the Detonator core (2.47 RG, .055 Diff) being on the bigger side, I gave my Nuclear a layout that would help it tumble a little farther down the lane before starting to rev up. Even with the higher angle of attack, the ball still provides great mid-lane read which gives good control on fresher conditions. To compliment the power of the core, the new Propulsion HVP cover allows the ball to skate through the fronts to store more energy for backend pop. This combination has given me an extremely versatile ball, something I have been able to use from frame one to frame 30 in any given league night. My first time out with it I started at 18-14 (laydown-arrows) and then finished the evening at 32-21. It is not everyday you can find a ball with this much core power that can excel both up the lane and across it. The cover also takes changes well. I decided to knock the polish off with a 3000 pad by hand and it still retained the characteristics I described, just a foot or two sooner. This has truly become a staple in my bag and is undoubtedly the first ball on the rack for me on league night as my benchmark ball.
