Infuse your game with angle with the Ripcord™.  Tuned to create as much angle and continuation through the pins as possible, the Ripcord™ is the ideal ball for generating incredible down lane motion on moderate volumes of oil.  When the oil in the front part of the lane is depleted and moving in to create angle is the only option, the Ripcord™ will create that angle with ease.

The latest development in coverstock technology, the Infusion™ Reactive cover gives easy length with incredible down lane motion.  This cover is tuned for today’s higher viscosity oils to provide length without risking the ball slipping through the breakpoint.

The Oblivion™ core is a finely tuned device for creating as much angle and continuation through the pins as possible.  Every component of this core is designed to help bowlers create down lane motion.  The high rg creates easy length.  The moderate differential ensures that the ball will not flare too little and miss the break point.  Added to this great rg/diff combo is a dynamic dual density component!  The massive flip block on the bottom of the Oblivion core only adds to the angle it creates.

    This ball RIPS

    Let’s start off by saying the Oblivion core is one my favorite cores Motiv has ever used in a ball. Wrap that core with the Infusion reactive cover and what do you get, a ball that absolutely RIPS off the backend. To this point, I’ve put 6 games on mine. It gets solid length down lane and comes off the dry with some serious pop to drop all 10 in the pit. From what I’ve seen from it so far, it’s going to be my go to on my wood lane houses and other patterns with more friction. This ball will fit perfect on the ball chart as something like this has been missing. Yet another great release from Motiv. Do yourself a favor and go get yourself a RIPCORD. Motiv continues to raise the bar in bowling equipment with every release.

    The new Ripcord brings back the Oblivion core found in the original Paranoia line. The new Infusion Reactive coverstock gives the backend motion you expect from an angular pearl ball. This is a ball that the Motiv line has been missing for a while. The Lethal Paranoia gave an angular motion but was much longer and smoother than the new Ripcord. The Ripcord is clean, yet reads the midlane well and gives that strong angular motion. Players who bowl House patterns that are lower in volume or just have a lot of hook, will enjoy this ball quite a bit. This ball is a great step up from the Venom Shock Pearl and a nice step down from the Villain Scorn.

    SO excited!

    What do you get when you combine my favorite core from motiv "The Oblivion" and put a brand new cover on it? A ball I will absolutely love.
    This ball gets plenty of length and has some big-time backend. My first 3 games out of the box were 238/258/268. A nice set with never have throwing this ball at all. I'm in love with this ball!
