Finally, the Venom Shock Pearl (VSP) has arrived! Featuring our new Hexion cover and a dual density weight block, the VSP is the perfect complement to the original solid edition, which is one of the most popular MOTIV balls ever because it is so versatile on light to medium oil. 

The Top Gear™ weight block gives the Venom Shock Pearl a low RG and low differential similar to the original solid ball, yet its dual density structure provides a more angular backend motion. 

To provide easy length and a fast response to friction, a new Hexion MFP (Medium Friction Pearl) Reactive cover is utilized on the VSP.  At the factory, the Purple Pearl cover stock is tuned with a 5500 Grit LSP finish to boost the performance attributes of MOTIV’s Hexion technology.

Rev dominant bowlers will be pleased to find great length and angle from the Venom Shock Pearl.  Similarly, bowlers currently using the solid edition will now have an outstanding complementary ball for that third game when the oil pattern is broken down.

    Venom Shock Pearl

    The Shock Pearl is a good compliment to the Recoil and the Shock. This ball is super clean and really sharp off the spot; it lets me play deeper and steeper when the lanes are fried and still has a lot of energy through the pins. It's been really good for me at the end of a block.

    Venom Shock Pearl

    Bowl twice a week, one senior league, and one regular league and try to practice once a week. I own Tank Gray pearl, Octane Carbon, Venom Shock solid, Motiv Blue Thrill, and now Venom Shock Pearl - and wow I am very happy with v-s-pearl. Rolls great, hits great. I can cheat a little inside, TUG it a little and still carry. Trip a little high with it's checking up and avoiding a split, not quite as accurate as I used to be or the speed I used to have if you know what I mean but I still average in the 190 + but Motiv keeps in the game- thanks keep up the good work.

    A good ball to use as I recently bought it. Affordable pricing and a good ball for normal bowling house games. Reaction of the ball is also good for myself as I like it a lot.

    Great Ball

    I shot my first 300 with my Venom Shock Pearl . It is by far my favorite ball. When the lane conditions are a little dry or short oil, this ball has the perfect snap on the back end. The core enables it to turn perfectly. I always have a good read on this ball and I highly recommend this ball to any bowler who wants more consistency in their game.
