Something Sinister has returned to the MOTIV product line and is at the core of the new Villain.  Created to bring devastation on higher volume patterns, the Villain features an incredibly versatile Coercion MFS solid cover and the high RG asymmetric Sinister core.

In the shadows for years, the Sinister core has finally returned to give the powerful Villain easier length than any other asymmetric core in the MOTIV line.  Combining a high RG with loads of differential, the Sinister core enables the Villain to display impressive power and continuation down lane.

Cloaked in a new Coercion MFS Reactive cover, the solid black and blue Villain is powerful yet offers great versatility on medium-heavy lane conditions.  The 3000 Grit LSS finish provides a stable footprint while also allowing the Villain to retain enough energy to display outstanding continuation.    

The Villain offers incredible performance, versatility, and value.  It is the first asymmetric MOTIV ball ever offered below the premium price point and its versatile performance fits a wide variety of bowlers.  Adding to its versatility, the Villain responds very well to surface adjustments.  Take the finish down for a smoother motion on heavy oil or take it up to a higher grit for a moderate benchmark motion.

    I Miss This Ball

    This was the 1st ever ball that I bought and was a killer on THS oil pattern. My highest game with this ball is a 257 and boy does it hook!! I have to throw this ball deep and out to the 5th board in order to hit the pocket flush. It looks menacing out on the lane and is a nice piece to throw on almost any lane condition.

    This ball will always have a place in my heart as well as in my bag/arsenal.

    Love this ball

    My average started at 166 and since I bought this ball my average jumped up to 225. I'm very pleased with all products I get from Motiv I will be getting all my gear from them no matter what.

    First Motiv

    This was my first Motiv. It was the ball that has allowed me to move from just down and in. I use this as my trusty heavy oil sport shot ball. It can read in the oil and it can handle some friction. I am not able to use this on most house shots, because of my rotation issue...but when the lanes feel flooded, it is a villain. Bad pun.

    Strong, Powerful Motion

    This has been a great ball, and became my benchmark ball, even for an asymmetric! Has a smooth yet huge motion through the lane, but is easily workable to shape your shot for new oil to worn out patterns. Pocket hits roll through the pins perfectly and strong. Highly recommend this ball, was able to take my game to a whole new level after throwing this ball.

    Even motion for my down and in shot.

    We bowl on a 42 foot modified main street pattern from Kegel and this ball does a great job for me on fresh. I play up the boards with very little hand, so this smooth motion ball really packs a punch for me. I have the pin above my middle finger. With this layout, the Villian will store all its energy through the head and drive to the pocket to carry the 10.
