Something Sinister has returned to the MOTIV product line and is at the core of the new Villain.  Created to bring devastation on higher volume patterns, the Villain features an incredibly versatile Coercion MFS solid cover and the high RG asymmetric Sinister core.

In the shadows for years, the Sinister core has finally returned to give the powerful Villain easier length than any other asymmetric core in the MOTIV line.  Combining a high RG with loads of differential, the Sinister core enables the Villain to display impressive power and continuation down lane.

Cloaked in a new Coercion MFS Reactive cover, the solid black and blue Villain is powerful yet offers great versatility on medium-heavy lane conditions.  The 3000 Grit LSS finish provides a stable footprint while also allowing the Villain to retain enough energy to display outstanding continuation.    

The Villain offers incredible performance, versatility, and value.  It is the first asymmetric MOTIV ball ever offered below the premium price point and its versatile performance fits a wide variety of bowlers.  Adding to its versatility, the Villain responds very well to surface adjustments.  Take the finish down for a smoother motion on heavy oil or take it up to a higher grit for a moderate benchmark motion.

    Motiv has really outdone themselves with this one!
    The new Villain is one of the most versatile balls I've seen. Normally with asymmetrical balls when the front part of the lane burns up we have to put them away. Not with this one! With the Villain having a higher rg as well with the Coercion coverstock I find that the Villain is extremely clean through the fronts and with it being a "big" ball goes through the pins like an absolute tank! This ball will be with me wherever I go!
    You will definitely enjoy this one!

    amazing shape

    The new Motiv Villain is a new shape that motivated fans have been waiting for. Traditional Asymmetrical, high performance cores are all Low RG and High Differential that they don't last as long on the lanes as you would want it to. The VIllain does just that. For those bowlers that need a strong core but just don't want a ball that lasts 1 game, this is your ball. It is really clean through the front like a lower end ball but is strong and continuous like that high performance ball you love. Compared to the Jackal Rising, the Villain easily goes about 2-3 feet longer down the lane while still giving you that great shape that the Rising has. This ball is great in that transition game of league or great on the fresh if you are just on those lanes that just tend to hook more. This ball is not only predictable, but goes through the pins great and hits like a truck!

    It’s A Crime Not To Have This Ball!

    Hello Motiv Nation! One of the most exciting pieces to ever be released by Motiv is coming out very soon! This here Motiv Villain is truly something special. Bringing back the Sinister core with a new solid cover stock. The new Villain is, surprisingly, very clean through the front part of the lane with it being a solid bowling ball, but still reads the midlane and downlane very nicely.

    The Villain is an all around controllable shape. Never really overresponds to friction, but can chew through the oil and give players confidence on heavier conditions. This ball also takes surface changes very well and maintains the surface. I’ve been able to drill quite a few Villains with several different layouts and they all perform very well.

    Whether you want to drill it strong, weak, skid-flip, whatever the case may be, this ball does it all. By far the most versatile ball I’ve ever thrown. For an asymmetrical ball to be this versatile with layouts and surface adjustments, it’s very impressive. The sky’s the limit with what you can do with this ball and the Villain is truly a ball meant for any time of bowler.
