I have been bowling for 3 years now. The Venom Shock was my league ball last year and start of this current year. It has upped my average by 20 pins. It has great forgiveness even when missing your mark. My first ball from Motiv but has turned out to be my favorite.

Bought my first ball after 40 years. Needed a 13 lb. ball and Motiv is the only one with the same core as its heavier siblings. Glad I did. First game out of the box was over 200 (1st time). First week of league today and 3rd game was over 200 (2nd time). My average was only 130-140 with my son's hand-me-down Hammer Raw! The Venom Shock was so smooth and predictable as soon as I found my rhythm and target. Even with the burn on the 3rd game, I was still able to deliver by moving left on the approach, I would definitely look for another Motiv ball when my house lane conditions are excessive or change a lot.

This was the first ball I ever bought. I was super lucky to have chosen this ball. I love it. It is easy on the arm and easy to control. I definitely recommend this ball to anyone. I have seen people at all skill levels using this ball.
