At the center of the Nebula is the brand-new Hadron Core—our first dual-density core in over 8 years. This new symmetrical core was worth the wait, generating incredible energy retention for an explosive backend motion. This new addition is intended to be the most versatile dual density core in the Motiv line while still providing the trademark dual density flip down lane. And the high-density flip block at the bottom of the core fuels explosive reaction to new levels!
Wrapped around the Nebula is new Dark Matter Propulsion Pearl - the sharpest, cleanest, and most angular coverstock MOTIV has EVER created. Every single adjustment to Propulsion tech was made with one outcome in mind: faster backend reaction. Even the cosmic-black color choice and pearl additive were made solely to maximize angularity. As a result, the Dark Matter Propulsion cover is cleaner and more reactive than any Propulsion technology prior. This cover is pure rocket fuel.
For bowlers with higher ball speed and/or lower rev rates, the Nebula will likely serve as an angular ball best used on friction. Speed dominant bowlers require more friction than most, so rather than being a medium oil pearl, the Nebula will likely serve as a medium-dry to dry lane solution when the bowler needs angle.
Bowlers with balanced speed/rev rate ratios will love the Nebula late in league night, late in tournament squads, on lighter oil patterns, and often high friction surfaces. When friction is present and angle through the front of the lane is necessary, the Nebula will be an outstanding solution.
Crankers will love the Nebula for many situations ranging from medium-heavy oil to medium-dry when they want to see back end motion. Many rev dominant players like to create angle through the front of the lane and need something that responds quickly to friction. The Nebula is designed for fast response to friction, which so many rev dominant players love to see.

Got this ball as a medium oil league ball to offset the Subzero Forge and Jackel ExJ. First night on league bowled 624. Great action on the back with a hard snap into the pocket and the angle comes across the lane nicely. Highly recommend for anyone that likes a deep angle sharp reaction.

Always been a Storm guy but bought new Jackal Onyx, Jackal EXJ, Evoke Hysteria this fall and liked all three. Saw a Nebula last Wed (on release day) sitting local proshop and decided I wanted it. This ball was really good right out of the box. I am typically a down 10 and in bowler. Just to try other lines I moved around with the Nebula and can go from left side across 20 and in as well as throw it straight down 10. I currently have a 167 avg but have had 4 games above 200 in the last week since I got this ball. It is better than advertised!

This ball is super angular, continuous, and quick off the spot. I bought this ball to be a medium-dry oil ball to replace my old Roto grip hustle wine. Man, I’ve got to say this is exactly what I’ve been missing in my bag. The majority of my equipment is early rolling so I’ve really been wanting an angular piece that ignores the front part of the lane and allows me to jump way left. This compliments my Black Venom and Primal Shock perfectly as it provides much more length and pop down lane compared to both. I pulled an 8 bagger out of box with this thing. I don’t envision myself leaving very many ten pins in the future with the continuity of this awesome piece. I think the out of box surface is perfect for dryer lanes and matches up with my rev dominance. However, I could see where knocking the polish off may help this piece to perform in the oil a little bit better so I look forward to experimenting with it. I can’t wait to use this piece in competition and league in the coming weeks. Stay Motivated!

The 2025 Motiv Nebula is hands down my favorite bowling ball I’ve ever purchased. From the very first game, it felt incredibly smooth, controllable, and powerful, and it gave me confidence every time I stepped on the approach. This ball is not only easy to use, but it’s also insanely fun to throw.
What really sold me is how effortless the strikes came. I shot a 244 game with it easily first game with it and that was without having to force the ball or overthink my shot. The Nebula reads the lane beautifully and delivers a strong, consistent backend that absolutely crushes the pocket.
Whether you’re a league bowler or just looking for a ball that makes the game more enjoyable, I 100% recommend the Motiv Nebula. It helped elevate my game instantly, and I look forward to throwing it every single time I bowl.
