This ball I had to have when I first heard about it so I pre-ordered it. When I first received the ball I was still trying to figure out what kind of ball throw I had. I used CTD trucut pads and took it down to a 1500 grit coverstock and it shot great my first game after resurfacing it I got my highest game ever a 254 but then my speed started to increase and the ball wasn't doing what I needed it to so I brought it back to box finish and shot my first ever 600 series I couldn't be more impressed with the versatility and backend of this ball !!
Was trying to decide whether or not I needed this ball in my bag. Well, with the Infusion MVP Pearl cover, I am glad I pulled the trigger! This ball rolls Clean through the oil and the Detonator core snaps it in the backend! This is the ball that I start out with in one of my leagues that has Natural Wood Lanes! Pearl balls work best for myself on Natural Wood Lanes. And this ball Amazes me! Fresh out of the box I shot a 745 series! I am a Balanced bowler, throwing 16mph with a 450ish rev rate. Being a Lefty, I throw this ball around 15 board out to 4-5 board and it just finds home! To think I was going to not get this ball. But, I am glad I have it! Highly, Highly recommend this ball!

Before buying this ball I had only ended one season with a 210 average or higher. This year I was averaging 206, then I bought this ball. In the last 14 sessions I have had 2 700’s (only 1 before that this year), 2 687’s (back to back) and a 686. I have averaged 219 just since buying this ball, it is amazing. I bought it an hour before bowling in my local 700 club singles tournament and have not set it down yet. I came in 7th in that, came in 2nd in another 700 tournament for singles with it. I have always been a fan of Motiv and have owned many of your balls (currently have a Fatal Venom, Trident Quest and Forge also drilled and ready to use) but this one is the best. It rolls so smooth and clean through the heads, and hits hard with a lot of action on the back end. After seeing my success with it, 5 other people on my league bought one for themselves. You had a fan for life already, but now I am a bigger fan and ready to find some more tournaments to represent the brand in. I hope one day to actually be a staff member and wear the Motiv name with pride!!! Great work as always and I look forward to the future of bowling with Motiv in it!!!

I'm a huge fan of the Forge line and always have been. The OG is by far one of my favorites. I just got the Iron forge drilled this evening and went 254, 258. This ball is absolutely amazing and very consistent. It has found a permanent home in my bag.

This is one of the strongest balls that I have ever thrown. It is very consistent for me, it does need oil to allow it to get to the backend, but once it gets to the dry it will turn and go very hard to the pins. It hits like a truck as well, I've had no problem scoring with this ball.
