The Ripcord is an amazing ball. It rolls down the lane smooth and hits the pocket with a powerful punch that throws pins everywhere. I recommend this ball for any Motiv fan.

This ball does everything advertised. I love how it gets through the fronts and then comes off the spot sharp and hard into the pocket. Pins don't have a chance. Creates a lot of pin action. Perfect ball once lanes transition.

League shot is a 40 foot medium oil layout. Most of the bowlers roll the bowling ball around the same mark, down and in. I like to bowl around the 5th arrow. Needless to say it gets dry very quickly and I have to start moving to my left by the end of the game. I pulled out my Ripcord with very little practice. It is drilled to the right of my ring finger with 1/2 ounce on my thumb. Bowling ball hit high on the head pin. Moved to my left continuously through the second and third game. The ball was very predictable. It did not over react or jump on me. Very strong on the back end even at 5000 coverstock. I think I might try a little polish when I practice next time to see how she reacts. I also pulled the ball in and rolled it over the 3rd arrow. She was able to hold and maintain enough energy to strike consistently. Fantastic ball. I ended up bowling a 772 series that night. I am 218 average bowler on league shots and a 206 average on a sport shot.

As a big Motiv supporter, I was super excited to give the Ripcord a try.
I’ve had this ball for a couple months now and it has become my first ball out the bag for league and tournaments. I absolutely love the motion on this thing. As a lower rev player this ball has given me options to play down and in or outside. Compliments my Covert Tank very well. #Motivated #MotivNation

When the Ripcord was first announced, I could not have been any happier. With the Paranoia being my favorite ball of all time, them bringing back the Oblivion core and wrapping it in the all new Infusion Reactive cover stock, I was more than hyped for this ball. For me, the Ripcord is very clean through the fronts and has no fear of making the turn on the backend. Showing such amazing continuation through the pins, the Ripcord shortly found a way to be a first out of my bag on league nights. Haven’t had much opportunity to throw this on many sport conditions, but with such a smooth reaction off the friction, without a doubt do I think that the Ripcord would be a great ball on any condition of oil. Ripcord is definitely a must have in everyone’s bag!
